This is the first time we are offering so many skills in one masterclass!
Learning internal structure to make a cake 100% secure, creating guide boards to allow you achieve a perfect result and stencil application will give you all the confidence to start caking like a pro.
I’ll be guiding you all the way through the class, so you can understand all the nitty gritty in order for you to conquer the top forward design.
SKILL LEVEL: intermediate
The class will cover:
*Drilling on cake board and securing wooden dowel.
*Creating guide boards
*Leveling and torte.
*Stacking and assembling a cake.
*Filling and covering techniques using the guide boards.
*Making wafer paper decoration balls
*How to create crinoline lace
*How to decorate using stencil
*Attaching preserve flowers
*Application of sprinkles with sponge
*Handouts with recipe and method of construction of the cake, plus other bits regarding decoration and best places where to outsource materials and supplies.
*YOU WILL GET TO KEEP THE CAKING IT UP STENCIL YOU WILL USE IN THE CLASS

To secure your spot first payment has to be made.
No credits will be issued within 72hr of class commencement. Cancellations more than 72hr before class commencement will be issued with a shop credit.
Payment Terms and Conditions :
1. First payment must be made in order to secure your booking.
2. An invoice will be sent once the first payment has been received. The second and third payments are due on the date stated on the invoice, which can be paid by EFT (Bank Transfer).
3. If you are unable to attend your booked course, you will be issued with a credit note to book another course or a cake if at least 48 hours notice is provided.
4. Re-bookings can only be made once.
5. No Refunds
