Merlyn Hernandez Marin is passionate about all things Cake!
Merlyn is a qualified pastry chef and her background in graphic design has been a huge asset in developing the signature aesthetic and attention to detail that her Dulce Trio cakes and deserts are known for.
Originally from Venezuela, Merlyn draws on her Latin heritage combining flavour, aroma, texture and colours to create beautiful, high quality cakes and sweets.
At the heart of Dulce Trio is Merlyn’s belief that food has a central impact in our lives, flavours and aromas take us back in time to remind us of special events, people we love, places we miss.
The opportunity to utilize her creativity, passion and flair to realize a client’s cake dreams is something very special to Merlyn, and she has extensive experience in providing bespoke cakes for all kinds of functions and events, from small and intimate, to large and spectacular.
Merlyn has also developed the Dulce Trio Workshop Experience so she can share her techniques, secrets and love of all things cake with others.
A warm and knowledgeable facilitator Merlyn loves sharing her skills and helping participants explore their creativity through cake!
